Advent is a sacred season of preparation, focusing on Christ’s three comings: His birth in Bethlehem, His present coming through Word and Sacraments, and His future return in glory.

Services are on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Join us for a Soup Supper prior to the evening service from 6:00 to 6:45PM.

Christmas

For the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), Christmas is the joyful celebration of the incarnation of Jesus Christ—God made flesh—who entered the world to bring salvation to all people.
At the heart of this holy season are worship, the Word, and the Sacraments, which draw believers into the true meaning of Christmas. While cherished traditions such as carols, trees, and family gatherings enrich the celebration, they serve a greater purpose: to point us back to Christ, the Savior born in Bethlehem.
Christmas is not simply a cultural holiday—it is the proclamation of God’s greatest gift, His Son, given for the life of the world.

Join us for this celebration on Christmas Eve at 4:00 and 6:00 PM for Candlelight Services and on Christmas Day at 9:30 AM.

Children's Christmas Program

Join us on Sunday, January 4th at 4:00 PM for our special Christmas Program!
✨ After the program, we’ll gather for a potluck dinner—a wonderful time of fellowship and holiday cheer.
Bring your family, invite your friends, and share in the joy of the season!

Caroling

Village Lights Celebration – Sunday, December 7th

German Village will be alive with festive energy and glowing luminaries for the annual Village Lights celebration!
Zion invites you to join us at 5:00 PM as we stroll the neighborhood, caroling and sharing candy canes with our community.
After caroling, we’ll gather back at Zion to enjoy sloppy joes and hot dogs, generously provided by the Board of Evangelism.
Come be part of the joy, fellowship, and light of the season!
